HyperTrak™: Hyperbaric Therapy Charting


About

HyperTrak is the therapy documentation component of the Intellicure Clinical Documentation System. It was first developed in 1996 by David Walker, one of Intellicure’s founders. HyperTrak was designed to make the documentation of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in either the multiplace or monoplace chamber easy to complete. Highlights include:
  • HyperTrak produces quality documentation in a format recognized by Medicare
  • It can automate hyperbaric encounters including a database of adverse events such as otic barotrauma, seizure, confinement anxiety, etc.
  • Archive blood glucose levels taken prior to and after hyperbaric treatment
  • Archive treatment details such as treatment pressure, duration and other specific details

Pick from one of our 32 standard diving tables or add your own. Generate consent forms on the fly, and track multiple chambers at the same time!

Track treatment info such as:

  • Start, Stop, and Air Break Times
  • Patient Vitals (imported from wound care) and blood glucose levels
  • Treatment Checklists, Medications, Medications history, treatment history
  • HBO complications
Customize:
  • Quick pick macros for treatment comments
  • Reasonableness checks for high blood pressure, abnormal vitals, and more

Standard Reports include:

  • Treatment Series report
  • Blood Glucose reports (for all treatments)
  • Patient Reactors (for all treatments)
  • Unsigned charts for hyperbaric tech and physician
