About
HyperTrak is the therapy documentation component of the Intellicure Clinical
Documentation System. It was first developed in 1996 by David Walker, one of Intellicure’s
founders. HyperTrak was designed to make the documentation of hyperbaric oxygen
therapy in either the multiplace or monoplace chamber easy to
complete. Highlights include:
- HyperTrak produces quality documentation in a format recognized by
Medicare
- It can automate hyperbaric encounters including a database of adverse
events such as otic barotrauma, seizure, confinement anxiety, etc.
- Archive blood glucose levels taken prior to and after hyperbaric treatment
- Archive treatment details such as treatment pressure, duration and other specific
details
